We will sit with your team to determine what potential crises your organization could face and then develop a plan of action in anticipation of any event that could harm the reputation of your company, organization or brand name.
Editorial Services - We develop all types of materials, from corporate brochures to press release and full press packs.
Training
Presentation skills training - A training for all types of professionals, from entry level junior employees to CEOs. We tailor each of our training programs to best suit the needs and experiences of the audience. During each training session the attendee will have the opportunity to present and will receive critical feedback to help them improve their presentation skills. We also video the presentations, to allow attendees to view and critique themselves. We provide training for small groups so that each attendee has the opportunity to present and receive feedback. Groups are limited to 8 attendees per day. We also provide one-on-one training for individuals who request or require individualized attention.
Media presentation skills training - Similar to presentation skills training we also provide training to develop skills that will be used specifically with the media. This type of training is most often attended by those individuals within an organization who may be called upon to act as a corporate or organizational spokesperson.
Public relations 101 - A one day workshop to introduce public relations. Many people do not know what public relations is or understand its benefits. In the public relations 101 workshop we discuss several cases of highly effective public relations campaigns and discuss where public relations opportunities may exist within your organization.
Soft skills training - A one day training focusing on providing techniques to improve general soft skills. The training specifically focuses on verbal and written (email etiquette) communications, time management and customer service. The training can be adapted to target the needs of the audience.
